Medical Administrator – Monroe

The Medical Administrator (RN or RDMS) will oversee the administration of our medical program, ensuring excellence in client care and program compliance. This role includes:

  • Performing ultrasounds at our Monroe office and on our Mobile Ultrasound Unit
  • Providing compassionate and professional care to moms and their babies.
  • Maintaining client files and following up as needed.
  • Coordinating with our medical providers and volunteers

This position combines medical expertise with a heart for service to empower women with life-affirming support and accurate information.

Development Coordinator – Monroe

The Development Coordinator at our Monroe location plays a vital role in building and strengthening relationships with the community to support the mission of Help Pregnancy Center. This position is responsible for:

  • Connecting with partner churches and businesses to foster engagement and support
  • Building relationships that promote awareness of our life-affirming services
  • Encouraging community involvement through donations, volunteer opportunities, and event participation
  • Planning and executing major fundraisers and events throughout the year
  • Working closely with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure cohesive messaging and outreach

The ideal candidate is passionate about life, skilled in relationship-building, and eager to connect churches and businesses with opportunities to serve moms, babies, and families in need. Strong communication, event planning, and networking skills are essential for this role.
