Tara Quinn

Executive Director/Founder

Tara is the visionary founder of Help Pregnancy Center, established in 1991. Tara’s life mission is to support women facing crisis pregnancies, guiding them toward choosing life for their precious children. As the guiding force behind the ministry, she oversees operations with an unwavering commitment, ensuring that every mother, father, and baby finds hope and support at the center.

Tara is passionate about educating local churches on their essential role in this mission. She eagerly shares her insights and experiences as a sought-after speaker, reaching church congregations, mission groups, and special events with a message of compassion and hope. 

Under Tara’s leadership, Help Pregnancy Center has grown to reach more women and families, expanding services and resources to meet their needs. Her dedication to this life-saving work, combined with her deep love for each person served, makes her an invaluable leader in the fight for life.

Anna

Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director

Anna has become an indispensable part of our team since joining Help Pregnancy Center in February 2024. Her desire to work here is driven by the life-changing support the center provides to families in challenging circumstances. 

In her multifaceted role, Anna provides essential support to Tara, our Executive Director, by managing schedules and coordinating activities that keep our ministry running smoothly. She also plays a pivotal role in welcoming new volunteers, fostering community and unity within our team. Additionally, Anna contributes her expertise to the development team, assisting with fundraising efforts, events, and community outreach.

One of Anna’s favorite verses is Psalm 100:3: “Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.” Her dedication and passion for supporting moms and babies shine through in every aspect of her work.

Jill

Director of Operations/Finance

Jill is the indispensable backbone of our ministry’s financial and operations department. Since joining our team in January 2017, she has become the driving force behind the seamless functioning of Help Pregnancy Center, ensuring that every operational detail is handled with expertise and care.

In her role, Jill manages a diverse array of tasks vital to our organization’s success. She oversees accounts payable and receivable, coordinates purchasing, handles insurance matters, maintains donor records, and manages donations. Jill also leads our human resources operations, processing payroll, taxes, and banking requirements with skill and efficiency. Her dedication to managing these essential functions allows our ministry to serve moms, babies, and families with consistency and excellence.

Her favorite verse is 1 Corinthians 14:39-40: ”Therefore, my brothers and sisters, be eager to prophesy, and do not forbid speaking in tongues. But everything should be done in a fitting and orderly way.”

Maddy

Administrative Assistant to Operations

Maddy brings a deeply personal passion to Help Pregnancy Center. Born with spina bifida, Maddy’s journey is a testament to God’s power, defying doctors’ early recommendations and predictions about her future. Her mom’s unwavering faith and belief that God—not doctors—has the final say in the life of a baby inspired Maddy to be part of a mission that supports life-affirming choices.

As Jill’s trusted right-hand in operations, Maddy is an invaluable team member, contributing tirelessly to our ministry’s smooth functioning. No task is too small, and her heart for helping others shines through in every effort.

Her favorite verse, Isaiah 54:17—”No weapon formed against you shall prosper”—reflects her spirit and faith. Maddy is truly a gift to our team, making a lasting impact every day.

Client Service Coordinator

The Client Service Coordinator at our Monroe location plays a key role in supporting and encouraging moms and families. This position is responsible for:

  • Providing compassionate counseling to clients as needed
  • Coordinating with volunteers and class instructors to ensure smooth operations
  • Organizing and facilitating baby showers for expectant moms
  • Following up with clients to offer continued support and resources
  • Reviewing and maintaining accurate client files

The ideal candidate is organized, empathetic, and passionate about serving women and babies in a life-affirming environment. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential for this role.

 

Ruth

Client Services Coordinator, Spanish

Meet Ruth, who began her journey in our Helping Hands department and has recently stepped into the role of Client Service Coordinator in our Spanish-speaking department. With a heart full of love and a deep commitment to the Hispanic community, Ruth plays a vital role in ensuring that Spanish-speaking moms and families receive the care, resources, and support they need.

In this role, Ruth works closely with our Spanish-speaking peer counselors and teachers, making sure every client is met with understanding, guidance, and hope. She provides personal counseling with warmth and compassion, skillfully interpreting to break down language barriers and foster meaningful connections. Additionally, she coordinates our Empower program, helping families grow and thrive through education and resources.

Ruth’s kind and nurturing spirit makes her a blessing to everyone she meets. Her unwavering dedication to life and faith shines through in all that she does, going above and beyond to support moms and babies in their journey.

Client Services Coordinator/Office Administrator, Marvin

The Client Service Coordinator/Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment at our Marvin office. This position is responsible for:

  • Answering phones and providing compassionate assistance to clients
  • Scheduling appointments and following up with clients as needed
  • Maintaining organized and up-to-date client files
  • Coordinating with volunteers to support daily operations
  • Communicating with our Monroe and Indian Trail offices to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Providing one-on-one client counseling as needed
  • Facilitating educational classes for clients

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a heart for serving moms, babies, and families in need. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, dependable, and comfortable supporting clients in a life-affirming environment.

Jeannean Rogers

Client Services Coordinator/Office Administrator, Indian Trail

Jeannean began her journey with us as a volunteer in July 2019 and joined our staff in September 2024. She has brought a wealth of compassion and expertise to her role. At our Indian Trail satellite, she coordinates closely with our other offices, fostering smooth communication and continuity of care.

In her role, she warmly welcomes clients, manages client interactions, and provides essential guidance and resources for each mom, dad, and family she meets. Beyond client support, Jeannean also oversees volunteer collaboration, and her administrative skills keep our operations running efficiently, allowing us to serve every client and family with excellence.

Her favorite verse, Jeremiah 33:3—”Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know”—mirrors her awe and gratitude for the work God is doing through this ministry. We are truly blessed to have Jeannean’s dedication and look forward to the impact she will continue to bring to our mission.

Vandy

Client Case Manager

Vandy joined us in March 2023 as our Client Services Coordinator and transitioned to the role of Client Case Manager in early 2024. Since her arrival, Vandy’s dedication and compassion have touched the hearts of both clients and colleagues alike. We are grateful for her contributions, which continue to enrich the lives of those we serve.

She plays a pivotal role in ensuring that clients access the support, educational resources, and financial assistance they need during challenging times. With unparalleled coordination and organization skills, Vandy ensures that every client receives the assistance required to navigate their journey.

Her faith inspires her work, grounded in 1 Peter 4:10-11: “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace…” Vandy embodies this principle, serving the women in our community with fervor and enthusiasm.

Lisa

Office Administrator

Lisa is the heart of our front desk operations. She joined us in 2004 after volunteering since 2003. We are truly blessed to have Lisa as an integral part of our team, and her contributions play a vital role in our ministry’s success.  

In her role, Lisa expertly manages a multitude of tasks, including overseeing schedules, client files, and correspondence. She coordinates essential administrative duties for both our dedicated staff and volunteers, ensuring the seamless functioning of our ministry. Her exceptional organizational skills ensure that no detail is overlooked, allowing our team to focus on serving our clients effectively and efficiently. 

Lisa finds her inspiration in 1 Corinthians 13:13, which emphasizes the enduring qualities of faith, hope, and love. Embracing the greatest of these—love—she exemplifies compassion and care in every interaction with colleagues and clients.

Rebekah

Marketing Coordinator

Rebekah began her journey with Help Pregnancy Center in October 2020 as a Peer Counselor in the Spanish Department. Her commitment and enthusiasm for our cause led her to officially join our staff in January 2023, where she continues to make a significant impact.

As our Marketing Coordinator, Rebekah plays a crucial role in shaping our organization’s image and outreach. She skillfully manages all our digital and print promotional materials, ensuring they effectively convey our mission and values. Additionally, she works closely with our development team in event planning and promotion, using her attention to detail and creativity to enhance our events and make them impactful and memorable.

Rebekah’s true passion lies in sharing the Gospel and spreading the love of Jesus among the women who seek refuge in our center. Her motivation for this vital ministry is deeply rooted in Micah 6:8: “No, O people, the Lord has told you what is good, and this is what he requires of you: to do what is right, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.”

Development Coordinator

The Development Coordinator at our Monroe location plays a vital role in building and strengthening relationships with the community to support the mission of Help Pregnancy Center. This position is responsible for:

  • Connecting with partner churches and businesses to foster engagement and support
  • Building relationships that promote awareness of our life-affirming services
  • Encouraging community involvement through donations, volunteer opportunities, and event participation
  • Planning and executing major fundraisers and events throughout the year
  • Working closely with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure cohesive messaging and outreach

The ideal candidate is passionate about life, skilled in relationship-building, and eager to connect churches and businesses with opportunities to serve moms, babies, and families in need. Strong communication, event planning, and networking skills are essential for this role.

Robin Corigliano

Community Development, Marvin

Robin joined our team in November 2024 as the Community Developer at our Marvin satellite location. She brings a heartfelt passion for connecting with the community and empowering women facing unplanned pregnancies. Robin is deeply committed to ensuring that moms, babies, and families receive the encouragement, education, and resources they need to thrive.

In her role, Robin focuses on fostering meaningful relationships and expanding the center’s outreach in the Marvin area. Her dedication to creating an atmosphere of hope and compassion reflects her strong belief in the value and dignity of every life.

Robin’s favorite verse, Jeremiah 29:11, inspires her daily: “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” This promise fuels her work to be a beacon of hope and light for others, trusting in God’s purpose for each mom and baby.

Sue

Helping Hands Coordinator

Allow us to introduce Sue, a remarkable and cherished member of the Help Pregnancy for over two decades. With unwavering dedication, she serves as the heart and soul of our Helping Hands Clothing Ministry, leaving a lasting impact on all who come through our doors.

As the face, hands, and feet of this vital ministry, Sue and her team work tirelessly to coordinate, organize, and prepare all the donated supplies to be distributed to our clients. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that each item is ready to bless those in need. She fills orders with care and compassion, recognizing the significance of what these supplies mean to those we serve. Her commitment to keeping detailed records reflects her deep commitment to serving others with excellence.

Her humble attitude shines through as she attributes all provision to “Our Provider,” acknowledging the blessings that allow us to carry out our mission. To our ministry, Sue is undoubtedly a gift, a true blessing. Her unwavering faith and stewardship unto the Lord inspire us all to follow her example. Helping Hands Assistant

Helping Hands Assistant

The Helping Hands Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring that moms and moms-to-be receive the essential resources they need to care for their families. This position requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who is committed to serving others with love and grace.

Helping Hands Associate

Medical Administrator

The Medical Administrator (RN or RDMS) will oversee the administration of our medical program, ensuring excellence in client care and program compliance. This role includes:

  • Performing ultrasounds at our Monroe office and on our Mobile Ultrasound Unit
  • Providing compassionate and professional care to moms and their babies.
  • Maintaining client files and following up as needed.
  • Coordinating with our medical providers and volunteers

This position combines medical expertise with a heart for service to empower women with life-affirming support and accurate information.

Monica

Sonographer, Marvin

Introducing Monica, a dedicated and compassionate member of our team who joined us as a volunteer in February 2022 then joined our staff in December of the same year. Since then, Monica has played a crucial role in launching the Indian Trail satellite office, and now our Marvin satellite as well.

Monica’s heart for the unborn and her deep love for Jesus are evident in every aspect of her work. With 25 years of experience as a sonographer in the medical field, she brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to our team. Beyond her professional achievements, Monica shares a beautiful life with her husband, Mike, of 28 years. Together, they are blessed with two young adult children and two lively dogs that keep them on their toes.

As Monica serves, she finds inspiration in the words of 2 Timothy 1:8-9“…but share in suffering for the gospel by the power of God, who saved us and called us to a holy calling, not because of our works but because of his own purpose and grace, which he gave us in Christ Jesus before the ages began…” Her dedication to this mission, coupled with her expertise and loving spirit, makes her a true blessing to our organization and the community we serve.

Sonographer, Indian Trail

We are thrilled to introduce Juli Morrison, our dedicated sonographer at the Indian Trail Satellite Office. Juli joined our team in May 2024, bringing with her a wealth of expertise and a heart full of compassion for the mothers and babies we serve.

As our Indian Trail Staff Sonographer, Juli plays a vital role in our mission to support and empower women during pregnancy. She utilizes her skills to ensure the well-being of both mothers and their unborn children, offering essential ultrasounds that provide clarity and peace of mind.
