The HELP classes are designed with you in mind. Regardless of the circumstances surrounding your pregnancy, you are welcome to attend classes at the Center. Remember, you are not alone! The classes we offer will help prepare you physically, emotionally, and spiritually as you progress through your pregnancy or as you parent your children. Attending classes also makes you eligible to receive certain items from the Pregnancy Center. These classes are completely free of charge! There is no need to make an appointment to come to class, just be on time the day of the class. Classes are the perfect opportunity to ask any questions that you may have about your pregnancy, child birth, and parenting.
ENGLISH CLASSES

Parenting Class 10:15 – 11:30am
HELP for Moms (Support Group) 1:00 – 2:00pm
Tuesday:
Breastfeeding Class 10:15 – 11:30am [breast pump after 3 classes]
6 pm Various:

3rd Tuesday: Budgeting
4th Tuesday: Bible Study
Thursday:
English Bible Study 10:15 – 11:30am

*In fairness to everyone, if you are more than 15 minutes late for class, you will not receive credit for that class, but you are still welcome to stay.
Classes cover a variety of subjects such as:
Prenatal care
Nutrition
Prevention of premature labor
Understanding the tests that are performed on you during pregnancy, labor, and delivery
The childbirth process
After birth care
Breast feeding
Parenting
Each class counts as 1 class. You can use your classes in order to receive items from us.
Items received may include:
- Maternity clothes – 1 class
- Layette – 1 class
- Used pack-n-play – 2 classes
- New pack-n-play – 4 classes
- Used car seat – 2 classes
- New car seat – 4 classes
- Used crib – 3 classes
- Good stroller – 1 class
- Double stroller – 1 class
*The number of classes required to receive items may change at any time.
*Due to limitations on car seats or other equipment, we may not be able to fill your order when you ask for it. This may result in a waiting period.
