Baby Bottle Drive
Every year on Sanctity of Life Sunday (in January), we kick off a new year of the Baby Bottle Drive. This fundraiser lasts all year long and is a great family or church project. Simply pick up one bottle, a bag of bottles, or several bags of bottles from the Pregnancy Center. Fill your bottle up with coins, bills, or checks until it is full. Return your full bottles to the HELP Pregnancy Center, and the money you saved will be used to fund the ministry. Children enjoy this project since they get to take part in giving. To get your whole church involved, just pass out bottles to all interested families in your congregation!
Volunteer of the Month
November – Lisa Reavis
Lisa volunteers as a receptionist every other Monday and an instructor one Thursday a month. Her hobbies include crafts, reading and exercise. Lisa has volunteered since 2015 working our front desk. In her spare time, she is a hairdresser at mosaic salon. She is a blessing to HELP Pregnancy Center.
October – Christy Baker
Christy loves crafts and sewing. She is very talented. She is a teacher at Shining Light Baptist Academy. She started volunteering in February 2018. Leading clients to Christ and teaching them what God has to say is one of her passions. She attends Bright Spot Baptist Church in Monroe.
August – Shelly Randolph
Shelly has been volunteering since March 2017. She loves doing projects and crafting items, whether it be on a computer or by hand. She attends Benton Heights Presbyterian Church. She is always ready to help wherever there is a need. She is a kind and generous woman that loves the Lord.
